From Austin:
• Take 290 West to Fredericksburg
• Take 16 South toward Kerrville
• Take IH-10 West toward Junction

From San Antonio:
• Take IH-10 West
• As you pass by/through Kerrville on IH-10, call 830-232-5662 and leave a message saying where you are and about what time it is. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
• Exit 490 (Mountain Home – Hwy 41)
• Turn Left onto Hwy 41
• Travel approximately 25 miles on Hwy 41
• Turn left onto Hwy 83 South
• Travel approximately 18 miles on Hwy 83
• Just after you pass the entrance to the HEB camps (on the left) you will begin a long and fairly steep downhill. At the immediate bottom of the hill, on the left, is the entrance to the Big Springs Ranch for Children. Go through the gate and wait for someone to meet you.
IMPORTANT
You need to call and let us know when you pass through Kerrville so that we can meet you at the gate. If you wait until later you will not have cell phone reception. Please do not “just try to find us.”
